The Room² waterproof sheet is fitted and designed to protect the Room² mattress so baby’s bassinet stays fresh and clean. This sheet consists of a high quality thread count cotton top, an absorbent, padded layer, a waterproof barrier, and finally a polyester bottom layer with an elasticized fit. The sheet protects against bacteria, which can degrade fabric and lead to stains and odors.The top is fully waterproof, so you never have to worry about spills and stains seeping through to the mattress. Machine wash and dry.

How much is shipping, and when will my order arrive?

Shipping is free on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST ship the same day, and orders placed after that ship the next business day. Standard delivery typically arrives within 7–10 business days.

Where does joovy ship?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. At this time we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands.

What if it isn't right for us — can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from your arrival date to return an item. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping back to joovy is the customer's responsibility. To start a return, call 877-456-5049 or email customerservice@joovy.com with your order number.

What warranty comes with this product?

Every joovy product carries a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, with your sales receipt as proof of purchase. If a defect appears within that period we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover misuse, failure to follow the installation and care instructions, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

Will this work with my car seat?

Compatibility depends on your stroller model and your car seat brand. Our car seat compatibility chart lists every joovy stroller alongside the adapters it works with. If you are not sure, our Consumer Care team can confirm the right adapter before you order.

Should I register my product?

We recommend it. Registering at joovy.com/pages/product-registration means we can reach you directly if there is ever a safety alert or recall affecting your product.
